Refund policy

At Liv&Lou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items and request a refund, subject to the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Personalized or custom-made items, including pre-orders, are not eligible for return unless faulty.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@livenlou.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees (original and return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for items of the same type and size, subject to availability.

  • If an item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.


5. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Pre-order deliveries are subject to the estimated shipping date provided at checkout.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@livenlou.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request a photo of the item to verify the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
