Shipping policy

1. Processing & Shipping for Regular Orders

  • Processing time: In-stock items are processed and shipped within 6 weeks.

  • Shipping confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

  • Shipping carriers: We ship via [PostNL / DHL / DPD / UPS], depending on the destination.

  • Delivery time within the Netherlands: Typically 2-4 business days after shipment.

  • International delivery: Delivery times vary by country (usually 5–14 business days).

Please note: during high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.


2. Pre-Orders

Some items are offered as pre-orders, meaning the product is not yet in stock and will be produced or restocked especially for you.

What does a pre-order mean?

  • Pre-order items display an estimated shipping date on the product page.

  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase to reserve your item.

  • Once the item is in stock, your order will be shipped immediately.

Shipping pre-order and regular items together

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items are shipped together once all items are available.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Netherlands: €3,70 (free shipping over €90)

  • Belgium / Germany: €11,50

  • Rest of Europe / International: Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.


4. Delays

While we aim to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Production delays for pre-orders

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

5. Incorrect Address Information

Please double-check your shipping details.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • If your package appears to be lost, we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
